Senior Business Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our efforts in the online B2B iGaming sector.As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with high-profile clients.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and execute plans to foster strong partnerships with existing and new clients.Product Representation: Effectively communicate our comprehensive portfolio of products and services to clients, highlighting upcoming releases and opportunities.Campaign Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement targeted promotional campaigns that drive client engagement.Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.Tailored Solutions: Leverage industry expertise to identify emerging client needs and deliver customized solutions aligned with business objectives.Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to resolve customer issues efficiently, applying root-cause analysis to inform process improvements.Requirements:A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in account management within the online B2B iGaming sector.A proven track record of successfully building and growing client relationships in a commercial environment.Strategic Thinking, analytical skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.Language Proficiency: Fluent English; Portuguese proficiency is highly valued.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a significant asset.This role offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive success in a dynamic, global environment.
