Key Account Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B account manager with a background in the travel industry, to join our team.Main Responsibilities:In-charge of existing clients (API wholesale online - API retail offline - web shopping account) within assigned territory.Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.Acquisition of new key accounts within assigned territory.Negotiation and Business Development Skills:Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.Collaboration and Product Development:Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
