Acquisition Associate: Start Your Career with Fusion Growth PartnersAre you a highly motivated and disciplined professional looking to launch your career in sales and team building?Fusion Growth Partners, one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking a remote Acquisition Associate to join our expanding team.We are a company based in the United States and this is a cold-call lead generation role.Your mission is to qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales team.This is a critical, entry-level position where you will be the first point of contact for new business, and your performance will directly impact our growth.Your Mission: Qualify and Schedule MeetingsYour day-to-day will be straightforward and focused:Targeted Outreach: You will be provided with qualified leads to contact.Initial Engagement: You will cold call potential clients, explaining our unique value proposition and investment model using our provided script.Appointment Setting: Your primary goal is to book meetings with qualified leads for one of our Executives to present the full opportunity.Compensation & Career PathWe believe in rewarding performance directly.This is a contract position with a competitive hourly base rate and generous bonuses for every meeting that is held.Our top-performing Acquisition Associates consistently earn more than $60,000 annually, with a clear path to even higher earnings.For individuals who consistently meet and exceed their goals, there is a direct career path to a Senior Acquisition Associate role, with the potential to earn $150,000 or more annually based on personal team performance.Who We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a disciplined, resilient, and confident communicator.Strong English language proficiency is required.We are looking for people who are great on the phone and have a fanatical obsession with success.If you are a hardworking individual looking for a company that invests in its people and offers a genuine path to a six-figure income, we want to hear from you.This is a 100% remote position.If you are ready to take control of your career and grow with a top-ranked company, please provide a resume.
