Senior Backend DeveloperAs a senior backend developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable software solutions for clients.Your responsibilities will include building robust backend services using Go and other related technologies.Main Responsibilities:Develop high-quality, maintainable software solutions using your expertise in Go and related technologies.Make informed decisions based on technical knowledge and champion high standards of coding and architecture best practices.Document software development processes, including technical specifications and design documents.Enhance team performance by mentoring, code reviews, and process improvements within the SDLC.Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform functional and non-functional requirements into actionable work.Communicate progress and status to stakeholders.We seek a motivated and reliable individual with at least 4 years of professional software development experience.Key skills include proficiency in Go, strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and experience working with Go frameworks and web services.Additional Requirements:Strong knowledge of relational databases and troubleshooting techniques.A proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and often.Excellent communication skills with an intermediate level of English.Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams.Benefits of this Role:This is a great opportunity for a seasoned developer to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our clients.If you are passionate about software development and have a strong background in Go, we encourage you to apply.
