Recruitment AgencyThe RoleYou will be responsible for : we are looking to recruit a Portuguese Wardrobe Fashion Coordinator for their Gaming studio in Bogota, Colombia.Position: Wardrobe Fashion CoordinatorLocation: Bogota, ColombiaEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff.Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.Inspect uniforms for quality, coordinating any necessary repairs or alterations.Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to meet uniform requirements efficiently.Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee uniform allocations and personal appearance standards.Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement and update records in real time.Ideal ProfileNative or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
As well as strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
Comfortable using computers and familiar with inventory or stock management software.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing inventory and maintaining appearance standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with various teams and external vendors.Background or experience in fashion, textiles, or uniform-related industries.Experience in improving inventory management processes and enhancing operational only (within Bogota) or candidates based in São Paulo willing to move (visa, flight, accomodation)BENEFITS:Competitive remuneration package based on experience & skillsBe part of a dynamic international team with a positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach career potentialPrivate health insuranceFree gym membershipAnd many others
