Join SHEIN and be the futureRequirementsSourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring reliability and alignment with our brand values.Purchasing Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings, quality improvements, and operational efficiency. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.Inventory management: Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment of products. Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to minimize excess stock and reduce carrying costs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and quality teams to ensure that procurement aligns with product development and promotional strategies. Participate in product development meetings to provide insights on material sourcing and cost implications.Sustainability Initiatives: Champion sustainable sourcing practices and collaborate with suppliers to promote environmentally friendly materials and processes. Monitor compliance with ethical sourcing standards and regulations.Budget Management: Prepare and manage the procurement budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and targets. Track and report on savings and procurement performance metrics.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement within the fashion retail industry.Preferred SkillsBeing familiar with normal logistic packing material and service related to warehouse running.Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven track record of developing and executing successful procurement strategies.Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent English.CAREERS AT SHEINWe Commit to InclusionAt SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
