Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution, sourcing, or a related function.
Experience in executing sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories, and achieving cost savings and value creation.
Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
Experience analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
Experience developing and managing KPIs and metrics to measure category performance and track progress towards strategic goals.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation within procurement activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead strategic projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, implementing new strategies, or driving innovation within the category.

The role involves leading category and sourcing strategies, cultivating strategic supplier relationships, and optimizing spend categories through data-driven insights to unlock value for Google.
Responsibilities
Support development and execution of category strategies aligned with organizational objectives for assigned indirect spend categories.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Support execution of sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories.
Analyze spending patterns, market trends, and identify value opportunities within the category.
Analyze procurement data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
