Senior Revenue Operations ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own and continuously improve our Salesforce instance and broader sales tech stack.We will maintain and evolve Salesforce, connect and manage key sales tools, and translate revenue data into dashboards and analyses that directly inform sales leadership and frontline reps.This is a hands-on role for someone with 5-10 years of experience who can operate independently, prioritize intelligently, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration & OwnershipOwn day-to-day administration of Salesforce (users, roles, profiles, permissions, objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards)Maintain data quality through validation, deduplication, and ongoing hygiene processesImplement and improve sales processes (lead management, opportunity stages, forecasting, pipeline management)Manage releases, sandbox testing, and change managementManage releases, sandbox testing, and change managementSales Tech Stack & IntegrationsManage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot / Marketo, Outreach / Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, CPQ, billing tools)Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors as neededEvaluate new tools and support implementation and rolloutReporting, Dashboards & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards for sales leadership and reps (pipeline, forecast, activity, conversion rates, performance)Produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses to support forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and performance reviewsTranslate unstructured data into actionable business insightsCross-Functional Revenue SupportPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align systems and dataSupport planning cycles (forecasting, QBRs, capacity models)Act as a trusted operational partner to sales leadershipRequired Qualifications5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce AdministrationHands-on experience administering Salesforce in a production environmentStrong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and pipeline managementExperience managing or supporting sales tech tools and integrationsProficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboardsAbility to translate business questions into data and systems solutionsPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Administrator certificationExperience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Gong, or similarExperience with basic SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)Experience supporting forecasting and territory / quota planningWhy This RoleHigh impact on revenue execution and sales effectivenessBroad exposure to systems, data, and go-to-market strategy#J-*****-Ljbffr
