Field Support EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Support Engineer to join our team.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and technical support for all software and equipment in our platform-as-a-service solution.The ideal candidate will have experience managing high availability DCs using technologies like VXRail Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.
They should also have knowledge of Core Network (switches spine-leaf/L3-7) and experience or certification equivalent for more than 1,500 VMs/Physical Servers.Your main responsibilities will include:Validating compatibility matrices with devices connected to Storages and Data Network whenever requestedMonitoring large activities with prior request and schedulingApplying updating of microcodesMaking changes to improve reliability or availabilityYou will work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure and provide timely resolution to any issues that may arise.
