Senior Backend Developer PositionWe are seeking a remote, full-time Senior Backend Developer with 5+ years of software development experience using .NET, SQL and Node.js to develop analytics dashboard web applications.Our client is an industry-leading company that enables companies with omnichannel commerce capabilities.Responsibilities:Build solutions to find actionable insights from data and workflow to act on insightsCreate APIs for a web-based analytics dashboard applicationDeliver high-quality, architecturally sound, extensible codeParticipate in the architecture, coding, and testing of developed systemsAssess requirements, discuss, and debate possible solutionsTroubleshoot to find and fix bugsWrite unit testing (TDD & BDD) and ensure good code coverageRequired Experience:Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)5+ years of professional experience developing software with SQL, .NET/C#, Node.js and Angular3+ years of AWS or other cloud platform experienceExperience writing 500+ line analytics SQL queriesExtensive experience with Angular and TypescriptExperience with Nest.js frameworkBuilt a data dashboard with dynamic tables and chartsFluent in Agile/ScrumDemonstrated ability to work both independently and with a teamTrack record of building professional, high-quality, and on-time softwareProven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environmentDesired Experience:CI/CD experience with CircleCI or similar technologiesHands-on experience with Node.jsWriting efficient SQL queries for big-data databases, such as SnowflakeExperience with container-based systems, such as Docker and ECSExperience with serverless computing, such as AWS LambdaFamiliarity with microservices architectures and DevOpsData management and analytics experience with dbt, FiveTran, and LookerExperience with e-commerce data or analytics applicationsAbout Us:We are a nearshore software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.
