OverviewSenior Paid Social Strategist role at Ottomatik.io (remote).This position focuses on driving measurable growth for high-profile clients on Meta and TikTok, with strong analytical skills and the ability to execute, optimize, and manage large-scale paid social campaigns independently.Eligibility and application notes: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.Please submit your CV in English.While not required, including a Loom video presentation may be prioritized.About The CompanyOur client works with leading DTC and omnipresent brands across multiple industries, delivering exceptional results through cutting-edge paid social strategies, ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage paid social campaigns with 6–7 figure monthly ad spend; create systematic testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and campaign structures; analyze performance metrics to extract actionable optimization insights.Performance Optimization: Execute daily campaign optimizations and advanced bidding strategies; collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance; build reporting systems to support data-driven decisions.Client Collaboration & Communication: Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients; translate complex data into actionable insights; proactively identify optimization opportunities and performance trends.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative and analytics teams for campaign alignment; support onboarding and account setup for new clients; continuously improve campaign management workflows.Requirements4+ years of experience in paid social media buying on Meta and TikTok.Experience managing campaigns for brands spending $500K+ monthly.Proven track record of hitting or exceeding ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English.Bonus: experience with attribution tools, creative strategy, Google Sheets/Excel, or agency experience.Why Join Us?Fully remote & flexible work environment.Competitive salary in USD (4,*****,000 USD).Manage high-stakes campaigns for top DTC brands.Continuous learning and skill development in cutting-edge paid social strategies.Collaborative, results-driven team culture.To apply, please submit your resume.#J-*****-Ljbffr
