Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads, close deals, and build strong customer relationships.This is a results-driven position that requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Your primary goal will be to establish new business partnerships, increase revenue, and expand our customer base.You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.Key Responsibilities:Makes a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to generate new businessQualifies leads, schedules meetings, and follows up on prospective clientsPresents and sells company products/services to new customersMaintains a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM softwareMeets or exceeds weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIsProvides excellent customer service throughout the sales processCollaborates with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategiesRequirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (1+ years preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachFamiliarity with CRM software and sales toolsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively
