The role of a Global Feasibility Lead II is pivotal in operational strategy and planning, particularly in the pre-award phase.Key responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and developing feasibility strategies through data collection and development.Key performance indicators for this position involve managing global feasibility projects, delivering reports to clients, and handing over findings to the site selection team.The successful candidate will be able to leverage strong data mining, analytics, writing, presentation, and customer management skills.Responsibilities:Data analysis, interpretation, and presentation are crucial in operational strategy and planning.Data mining and primary data collection for global clinical trials are essential tasks.The individual will participate in proposal development and bid defenses.Cross-functional teams will be liaised with on proposals and bid defenses.The candidate will serve as a bidder reviewer for proposals including feasibility and site identification.Standalone feasibility efforts will be led, and findings presented to clients.Networking abilities will be developed, and global work conducted.Process improvement and special projects within Feasibility will be led.Junior team members will be mentored.Qualifications:An associate degree or equivalent work experience is required.Practical experience in global drug development and clinical trials is necessary.Experience:Four years of working experience in academia, science/health industry, and two years of relevant experience in clinical research or science/health industry are required.Strong data mining, analytical, writing, and presentation skills are essential.Professionalism, work integrity, and attention to detail are key qualities.The ability to work independently and establish effective relationships is necessary.
