O Product Manager no Asaas será responsável por impulsionar nossa solução de pagamentos, cobrindo geração de boletos, cash-out e recebimentos via TED/SLC, além de integrar produtos internos que utilizam nosso core banking.Esse papel oferece um alto impacto estratégico e operacional, permitindo que você conduza a visão de produto desde discovery até entrega, enquanto colabora com times multidisciplinares.Se interessou pela oportunidade mas não reside em Joinville?
Não tem problema, possibilitamos o trabalho remoto/home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e evoluir o roadmap de produtos financeiros: emissão de boletos, cash-out, recebimentos TED/SLC, DDA e integração com sistemas internos.Ser capaz de identificar oportunidades para impulsionar o engajamento e conversão por meio de melhorias estratégicas nas jornadas do produto;Realizar entregas que geram valor: entender profundamente o cliente para entregar a melhor solução possível, considerando ganhos e esforço;Retirar obstáculos e entregar grandes projetos em pequenas partes coerentes e de alto valor;Contribuir para a visão estratégica do produto, traçando objetivos com base nos interesses do negócio, momento do mercado e necessidade dos clientes;Tomar decisões baseadas em dados e fatos concretos, definindo e acompanhando as métricas do produto;Colaborar com áreas de Compliance e Riscos para assegurar conformidade com normas do Banco Central e requisitos regulatórios.Mapear oportunidades de melhoria e inovação na experiência do cliente e eficiência operacional.Ser guiado pelo desenvolvimento constante, saindo da zona de conforto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência como Product Manager, idealmente em fintechs ou bancos;Vivência em produto de pagamentos ou core banking envolvendo boletos, cash-out e TED/SLC;Familiaridade com métricas de produto, análise de dados e tomada de decisão orientada por dados (SQL é um diferencial).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de apresentar informações de maneira clara e concisa para diferentes públicos;Conhecimento em análise de dados e métricas fundamentais de produto;Familiaridade com arquivos CNAB (remessa/retorno);Conhecimento avançado em APIs;Conhecimento em SQL;DiferenciaisFormação em produtos, negócios, TI, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Economia ou áreas afins.Conhecimento de integração com SPB ou plataformas BaaS.Experiência com DDA, automação de conciliação bancária e fluxo completo de liquidação.Histórico em ambiente regulado pelo Banco Central (compliance de boletos, SPB).
Conhecimentos em SQL;Certificações ou cursos em Product Management, Fintech ou regulamentações financeiras (ex: PM3, cursos BCB);Informações adicionaisCarga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira - não compensamos os sábados);Contratação CLT.Product Manager Sênior (Risco e Prevenção a Fraudes)Product Manager Sênior (Produtos Financeiros)
