While this position is remote, Zainith Agency is headquartered in New York City, USA.
IMPORTANT: Applications from candidates who are not fluent in English or do not have proven TikTok Shop knowledge will be immediately disqualified.The Account Manager will operate as the lead on assigned accounts.
The focus of this role is to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring their TikTok Shop accounts are performing at the highest level.You will be responsible for:Setting up and maintaining client TikTok Shop Seller Central accountsAddressing client issues, responding to questions, and taking meetings as neededManaging overall shop performance, including account suspensions, violation points, and affiliate requestsSetting up and managing TikTok Ads Manager campaignsReaching out to affiliates and supporting client growth strategiesThe ideal candidate has a proven track record in account management, eCommerce, and client satisfaction.
You should have multiple examples of going above and beyond to meet client expectations.ResponsibilitiesOversee customer account management, including regular updates and meetings with clientsManage TikTok Shop operations for assigned accountsHandle account issues such as suspensions and violationsApprove affiliate sample requests and coordinate affiliate outreachSet up and oversee ad campaigns in TikTok Ads ManagerEnsure client success and proactively resolve challengesRequirementsMUST have proven experience with TikTok Shop (Seller Central, Ads Manager, affiliates, etc)Fluency in English (written and spoken at a professional level)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesPrevious eCommerce experienceAbility to manage multiple client accounts with sharp attention to detailDemonstrated ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executivesReliable high-speed internet connection that supports live video meetings with screen sharingMust be able to work regular US business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST)About Zainith AgencyZainith Agency is a New York–based marketing agency dedicated to helping clients achieve peak growth on TikTok Shop.
