Hybrid:for this position is required to be on site 3x/weekWhat you will do (responsabilities):Develop Plans and Schedules;Develop Criteria and Requirements;Prepare & Conduct test; Report ADV Status;Support Quality Processes; Lead / Support Evaluation Procedure Development;Gain and Submit Best Practices, Lessons Learned and customer surveys; Support ADV process to reduce Hardware and to realize RLM (Road- Lab-Math) strategy;Lead Export validation activities in foreign countries with local partners; Support Vehicle Validation - Type Approval Activities;Lead work with internal and external customers and suppliers;Participate in Problem Solving Teams;Participate in DFMEA work groups;Build and Lead Vehicle and/or Commodity ADV Sub-plans;Review Program/Process Results;Document and Update Product/Process Knowledge;Analyzes and interprets resulting data from tests (resolves data anomalies);Maintains frequent communication with customers;Prepares formal written test reports;Frequent contact with team members outside of work group.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Graduated in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical preferred)Crea is mandatoryFluence in EnglishExperience with vehicle and bench validation at component or subsystem levelDFSS and Root Cause / Red-X experienceUnderstanding of design of experiments, accelerated life testing, Statistics (reliability and methods)Familiarity with computational tools and models (CAD and CAE software).What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)"Be Inclusive" behavior: comfortable working on a diverse groupAbility to analyze complex data and to make sound recommendationsAbility to influence without authorityAbility to build relationships and collaborate cross functionallyAbility to simplify and communicate complex technical topics in forumsComfortable with ambiguity – able to reconcile apparently contradictory requirementsInnovative mindset and curiosity to pursue optimized methodsOrganizational skills - able to manage numerous projects across multiple programs#J-*****-Ljbffr
