Há mais de 20 anos mercado, somos uma consultoria estratégica de Inovação e Transformação Digital.Nossa especialidade é impulsionar as demandas de nossos clientes, integrando processos, pessoas e tecnologia de alta performance.Sobre o CargoProduct ManagerDescrição da OportunidadeEstamos em busca de um(a) Project Manager (PM) com forte atuação também como Product Owner (PO) para alocação em cliente do segmento de cooperativa de crédito.O(a) profissional terá papel estratégico na gestão de projetos de produtos de crédito, com foco em compliance regulatório, evolução de produtos e interação entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia e escritório de projetos.Responsabilidades PrincipaisAtuar como PM e PO, conduzindo projetos de crédito do início ao fim.Compreender as necessidades legais e regulatórias aplicáveis ao segmento de crédito (desejável experiência em crédito rural).Mapear tendências e novidades de mercado para evolução do portfólio de créditos.Elaborar business cases e defesas técnicas das iniciativas junto ao Escritório de Projetos.Propor melhorias nos sistemas de crédito existentes, garantindo alinhamento estratégico e técnico.Realizar gestão de stakeholders, articulando times de negócio, jurídico, tecnologia e diretoria.Apoiar na definição de backlog, priorização de demandas e acompanhamento de entregas.Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, escopo, qualidade e conformidade regulatória nos projetos conduzidos.Requisitos ObrigatóriosExperiência comprovada como Project Manager em projetos de crédito.Vivência como Product Owner ou similar em iniciativas de produtos financeiros.Conhecimento das normas legais e regulatórias do setor financeiro aplicáveis a crédito.Habilidade em gestão de projetos (metodologias ágeis e/ou tradicionais).DiferencialExperiência específica em crédito rural.Certificações em PMI, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ou equivalentes.Vivência em cooperativas de crédito, bancos ou fintechs.Atuação: 100% Remota#J-*****-Ljbffr
