Attract and Hire Top Talent">Key responsibilities include attracting, identifying, and hiring high-quality professionals to support operational, technical, and leadership functions.Proactive sourcing and headhunting are crucial in identifying active and passive candidates across various channels.A diverse and agile talent pool is built and maintained through external pipelines to meet future business needs.The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.Stakeholder management involves navigating complex environments and collaborating across departments and geographies.The candidate experience is advocated from first contact to onboarding, ensuring timely, respectful, and informative communication.Employer branding initiatives contribute to local events and platforms aligned with regional and global strategies.Continuous improvement is driven by leveraging data and feedback to enhance recruitment processes.Occasional travel may be required to support recruitment initiatives or collaborate with Hiring Managers.Essential skills and qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, particularly in operational roles;Advanced English language proficiency;Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting.Nice to have:Knowledge of Workday;Background in supply chain or terminal operations.Soft skills include:Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and provide consultative guidance;Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple roles simultaneously with independence;Resilience and adaptability to work in a hybrid model, with remote supervision and on-site business partners.Benefits include:Health Insurance;Meal Ticket;Shuttle service;Hire Now Benefits.Contract Type: Temporary (6-9 months), potential for permanent hire.
