You will contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team.Technical Service Managers play a critical role in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they desire from their SAP landscape.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, analyzing customer business requirements and problems, working across SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to provide quality services, resolve technical complexities, and support them throughout their cloud transformation journey.Primary contact for customers regarding technology and innovations, serving as an escalation point for technical issuesUnderstand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions and servicesIdentify and promote SAP Enterprise Cloud Services offerings that deliver value to the customerOffer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, methodologies, and toolsUnderstand SAP high availability and disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load balancer, virtual machine)Experience with SAP NetWeaver Administration, migrations, and upgradesIdentify top issues, define service plans, and drive implementation of action items across customer landscapesUnderstanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc. (preferred)Design optimal SAP configurations to maximize system performance and availabilityEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information ManagementSolid knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial)Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plusAnalytical, solution-oriented, with experience working in cross-cultural teamsWORK EXPERIENCEExperience with SAP Basis, including administration and operations of SAP solutionsCustomer-facing experience with excellent de-escalation skills in critical situationsHands-on experience with Unix/Linux systemsExperience with SAP HANA and Sybase databasesLANGUAGE SKILLSSpanish language skills are a plusBring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work more efficiently and use insights more effectively.
