Requirements
Tech Stack:
.Net – latest version, but more of a legacy style application
SQL Server – Much of the application logic is in stored procedures.
We'll need someone who's very good with MS SQL Server.
Our goal here is to move the logic out of store procedures into the application itself over time.
No real frontend framework, but we are standardizing on React
Job responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the Microsoft .
NET framework and SQL-based databases.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software developers.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in code quality, software architecture, testing, and documentation.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Maintain a high level of technical excellence and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
