Your role involves executing critical technology solutions across various technical areas to support the firm's business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and troubleshoot software solutions, employing innovative approaches to problem-solvingCreate secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms aligned with system requirementsProduce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are metAnalyze large, diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reports for continuous improvementIdentify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architectureContribute to communities of practice exploring new technologiesPromote a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills3-5 years of experience developing applications for capital markets, investment management, or trading in FinTechStrong understanding of financial markets and related productsKnowledge of financial analytics, valuations, and risk analysisProficiency in C#/.
Net codingExperience supporting high throughput, low latency, multi-threaded systemsPractical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExperience with modern programming languages and database querying in a corporate environmentUnderstanding of the Software Development Life CycleKnowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and securityFamiliarity with technical disciplines like cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile, etc.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience with front-end technologies (e.g., WPF, React, Angular)Knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL Server)Exposure to data cache products (Redis) and messaging services (Kafka, Azure Service Bus)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)About UsJ.P.
