You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot with innovative approaches to solve technical problems.Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms synchronized with systems.Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met.Analyze large, diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reports for continuous improvement.Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.Contribute to communities of practice exploring new technologies.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFormal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of experience.Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Proficiency in Java and knowledge of Python.Experience building RESTful APIs with Spring Boot.Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.Experience in debugging and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming languages and database querying languages.Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.Knowledge of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience with NoSQL databases like ElasticSearch or MongoDB.Experience with system prompting, prompt tuning, vector databases, and AI safety guardrails.Understanding of AI libraries such as AutoGen, Langchain, Pydantic.Familiarity with emerging AI technologies like MCP.Exposure to cloud technologies.About UsJ.P.
