Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our client's customer support team.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in software support and be able to provide daily technical assistance to customers.The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver exceptional support.They will be responsible for driving resolution of customer issues, acting as a customer advocate, and maintaining happy and satisfied customers.Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsUniversity degree with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field2+ years of customer support experience for a commercial software productDemonstrated ability to investigate and troubleshoot product issues by reproducing the problem, examining application logs, and reviewing debug messages and stack tracesStrong problem-solving capabilities in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application environmentFirst point of customer contact and an ability to act independently, as well as a willingness to involve a manager and others when in need of assistanceA quick learner who is inquisitive about new products and featuresCareer-minded and willing to take on the responsibilities of learning new software development languages and tools while still maintaining an exceptionally high standard of support deliveryTrustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent
