**Objetivo da posição**:
Exercer a liderança nas áreas de produção assegurando o atendimento da segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente, organização e produtividade.
Manter o acompanhamento constante da equipe operacional, mantendo o time motivado e focado.
Apoiar na melhoria contínua das operações, visando crescimento sustentável para o negócio.
Responsável pelos operadores de produção do turno em que estará atuando.
**Pré requisitos**:
- Graduação completa em Engenharias, Administração, Química ou Processos/Projetos Industriais;
- Experiência em operação e gestão de pessoas em ambientes fabris, sendo desejável ter atuado na área de produção em empresas químicas, agroquímicas, farmacêuticas ou alimentícias;
- Desejável conhecimentos em ERP (principalmente módulos de produção); normas técnicas ISO 9001, 14001 e conhecimento prático); conceitos de Lean Manufacturing (PDCA, OEE, 5S, Manutenção Autônoma) e planejamento de produção.
