Senior Cost Management ExecutiveWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our cost optimisation and performance improvement initiatives.This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to build their own practice within our global network, with the freedom to shape their market, develop their team, and expand their client base while leveraging our established methodologies, tools, and international community.Lead cross-industry programmes focused on cost reduction, procurement, and process enhancementCultivate and grow a portfolio of clients through business development and long-term partnershipsTake ownership of their practice's strategic direction, go-to-market approach, and team leadershipEngage directly with C-level executives to deliver measurable savings and transformationTo be successful:They must possess extensive experience in consulting or senior leadership roles, particularly in cost management, procurement, or performance improvementA strong track record of client acquisition and project delivery is essentialDeep expertise in one or more industries such as Pharma/Life Sciences, Energy/Utilities, Manufacturing, Consumer, or Logistics is requiredConfidence in engaging with CxO-level stakeholders and leveraging their professional network is crucialAn entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a successful consulting practice is necessaryThe ideal candidate will have:A proven ability to identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement effective solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environmentsExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines
