As a leading player in the payments industry, we are seeking a skilled IT Delivery Business Analyst to join our team.With over 30 years of experience and a presence in over 30 countries, our organization has established itself as a pioneer in gift cards, holding two-thirds of the global market share.The ideal candidate will work closely with IT Delivery leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic planning for various project requests, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements that support cross-functional project execution.About the RoleThis is a support role that requires effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders.The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a technical setting and must possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and understand fundamental business needs, process frameworks, and supporting technologies to interpret and define business and functional requirements.Assist stakeholders in defining project scope and work with IT resources to define functional approaches and high-level scopes of work.Identify and document business risks, impacts, and mitigation options based on requirements.Effectively present project requirements and process flows via various formats, including workflow diagrams, use cases, business requirements documents, and process framework documents.Secure business and functional requirements approval from business and technical stakeholders.Write test cases and coordinate with development/QA teams to ensure business requirements are met.Provide concise and accurate status updates regarding progress and action items to team members, stakeholders, and project managers.Requirements:Minimum 0-2 years of business analysis experience.Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Strong analytical skills, displaying ability to quickly understand new information and solve problems.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and tools, such as MS Project, Jira, ADO.We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.This job requires the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
