Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Comparative Rater and Download platforms.Main ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot technical issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations and enhance customer experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Distribution, IT, and external vendors, to align on solutions and improvements that drive business growth.Develop and implement process enhancements to support the launch of new products on our Comparative Rater and Download platform, driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.Provide policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Requirements3+ years of experience in business operations or a related field.Proficiency in English language.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Power BI.Preferred SkillsInsurance industry knowledge.
