You'll ensure the data powering our product formulas is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business needs—driving smarter decisions, seamless collaboration, and faster product commercialization.Your Role Will BeServe as the subject matter expert and primary contact for all things IPA—troubleshooting, training, and guiding users across the globe.Maintain and improve the accuracy of our formula database, ensuring error-free, regulation-compliant product data.Manage the IPA administrative system—set up roles, approvals, and workflows, and keep them current as the organization evolves.Generate and analyze data from IPA systems to drive continuous improvement across workflows and processes.Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and new product launches by managing large-scale formula changes or uploads.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IPA processes align with quality, safety, and business goals.Assist with global commercialization projects and integrations to ensure seamless, reliable data flow between platforms.Your Profile Needs These QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or other technical disciplineExperience working with formulas, either in manufacturing, development, or technical serviceExcellent oral and written communication skills.
