Este é um cargo de nível sênior, presencial, que desempenha um papel chave na gestão de casos de segurança de alto impacto e sensibilidade, fornecendo supervisão de decisões e apoiando a governança operacional.Como Especialista Sênior, você atuará como referência técnica e de procedimentos para a equipe, liderará avaliações de incidentes críticos e trabalhará de forma interfuncional para melhorar a qualidade, rapidez e consistência das decisões em tempo real nas operações de segurança.O Que Você Vai FazerAssumir a resolução dos casos de incidentes mais sensíveis ou complexos em áreas de negócios chaveValidar escalonamentos e garantir que as decisões sigam diretrizes legais, operacionais e éticasServir como ponto de contato para coordenadores de turno e liderança em cenários de criseFornecer orientação e feedback para especialistas e analistas sobre a precisão dos casos e alinhamento das políticasApoiar a melhoria contínua dos SOPs e estruturas de gestão de riscoContribuir para auditorias operacionais e análises de dados ao lado das equipes de Qualidade e GovernançaAtuar como especialista no assunto em classificação de risco, fluxo de escalonamento e aplicação de políticas de incidentesO Que ProcuramosSólida experiência em operações de segurança, confiança & segurança, risco legal ou gestão de incidentesFortes habilidades de tomada de decisão com alta atenção ao impacto do risco e consistência dos procedimentosExcelente comunicação escrita e habilidades de alinhamento com stakeholdersCapacidade de operar sob pressão, especialmente em cenários de risco sensível ou reputacionalExperiência em mentorar ou guiar tecnicamente equipes operacionaisGraduação em Direito, Segurança Pública, Relações Internacionais ou áreas relacionadas é preferidaDisponibilidade para turnos estruturados no local (manhã ou noite, incluindo fins de semana, se necessário)Inglês IntermediárioO Que OferecemosContrato CLT em tempo integral com benefíciosCargo de especialista sênior em uma operação de missão críticaInfluência direta na segurança, conformidade e integridade operacionalColaboração com equipes de Qualidade, Treinamento, Jurídico e EstratégiaCrescimento na carreira para liderança, governança de políticas ou gestão de programas de riscoUma cultura focada em excelência, segurança e impacto nas pessoas
