Job DescriptionWelcome to CrunchEquation, a managed-services partner for iGaming brands.
We blend acquisition (affiliates & media), SEO, CRM, VIP, design, and compliance to deliver sustainable growth across sportsbook and casino.We're hiring a Junior Affiliation Specialist (PT-BR) to help grow our affiliate channel in Brazil.
You'll support partner recruitment, onboarding, day-to-day operations, and performance reporting—working closely with the Affiliate Manager to hit quality FTD and NGR targets while staying fully compliant.Key Responsibilities:Research and outreach to Brazil-based affiliates, creators, and media sites; keep a clean pipeline and notes.Create/maintain tracking links, UTMs, promo codes, and landing page mappings; ensure link hygiene across networks.Coordinate creative requests (banners, copy, LPs) with Design/Content; QA placements and disclosures.Track daily KPIs (clicks, registrations, FTDs/NDCs, CPA/CAC, Hybrid/RevShare, NGR, churn) and surface insights.Prepare weekly reports and highlight optimizations (placements, creatives, geo/device mix).
Check affiliate content for required RG messaging, age gating, bonus terms, and advertising rules.Flag incentivized/low-quality traffic, misuse of brand terms, or policy breaches; support corrective actions.Maintain prompt comms with partners (WhatsApp, email); share promos, calendars, and key events.Track SERPs, forums, and social for emerging partners and trends in Brazil; propose tests and partnerships.Requisitos1–2 years in digital marketing or partnerships; affiliate experience is a plus (iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce).
Native/near-native Portuguese (PT-BR) and strong English.Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), GA4/GSC basics, and at least one affiliate platform (e.g., Income Access, HasOffers/Tune, Cellxpert, Impact, or Partnerize)—nice to have.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.Understanding of performance metrics (FTD, CPA/CAC, LTV, NGR) and traffic quality signals.Familiarity with Responsible Gaming, bonus/advertising guardrails, and LGPD/GDPR principles is a plus.VantagensA collaborative and innovative work environment.The opportunity to work with diverse brands across industries.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

Requirements?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
?2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on iGaming, sports betting, or online casinos.
?Deep understanding of iGaming regulations, responsible gaming policies, and platform-specific advertising restrictions.
?Proven track record of growing gaming-related social media accounts and driving player engagement.
?Expertise in iGaming social media trends, audience behavior, and content formats.
?Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
?Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok for iGaming).
?Ability to react quickly to live gaming events and create real-time content.
?Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
?Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
