One of our clients is looking for a VENTURE CAPITAL ASSOCIATE to join their team in São Paulo.
**Main Responsibilities**:
As an Associate, you will be in charge of overseeing the entire financial and business due diligence process, which will include evaluating start-up business models, financials, addressable markets, and growth potential.
It will be your responsibility to prepare concise and unbiased documentation and presentations for the company's investment committee.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with MANDI's co-founders on deal selection, pricing analysis, negotiation, and investment closing.
One of the other responsibilities will be to analyze the food and agriculture landscape in order to identify potential investment opportunities and relevant trends.
You will also collaborate with our portfolio companies to provide regular performance reports and analysis for decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor ´s degree
- Experience in Finance for at leat 1 year.
- Knowledge of finance: DRE, balance sheet, cash flow
- Fund Management Experience
- Investment Memo
- Business analytics.
- Customer relations and flow.
- Genuine interest in venture capital and in the food and agriculture sector.
- Strong analytical mindset coupled with solid knowledge of corporate finance's fundamentals and of valuation techniques is a must.
