If you are an ambitious and detail-oriented Finance Operations analyst with a passion for innovation, joining Yuno will allow you to transform your skills into high-impact solutions and contribute to our global expansion.Why this role existsAs we grow, the Finance team needs to tighten monthly close and reporting processes while rolling out Gen-AI and automation projects that maximize efficiency and insight.
You'll work at the intersection of FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Data, identifying manual pain points and turning them into automated workflows that free the team to focus on strategic tasks.Your challenges at YunoRedesign and automate finance workflows (FP&A, SP&A, Accounting, Tax, AR/AP) using Gen-AI, LLMs, and low-code toolsIdentify and address efficiency gaps by analyzing current practices and challenging the status quoMaintain reporting hygiene: build and sustain FP&A/SP&A dashboards, variance analyses, and board materialsManage three financial statementsContinuously scout, test, and implement new technologies to enhance finance operations rapidlyDrive continuous improvement of the Finance backlog—assess ROI, organize agile workflows, and track post-implementation impactCollaborate across departments on company-wide AI and efficiency initiativesSkills required1-3 years experience in FP&A / SP&A or similar roles, preferably from consulting, banking, VC/PE, or fast-growing startupsStrong knowledge of financial statements and accounting; ability to partner with accounting teamsProficiency in Excel/Sheets (advanced level)Moderate to advanced experience with AI toolsKnowledge of SQL/BI; curiosity for Python, Looker/Power BI, NetSuite, or RPA is a plusExperience automating tasks with ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or similar platformsGrowth mindset: analytical, adaptable, eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environmentWhat we offerRemote work from anywhereHome Office AllowanceStock optionsHealth plan worldwideFlexible days offOpportunities for language, professional, and personal growthAdditional InformationSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and SalesThis job posting is active.
