The o9 Internship program is designed to give students real-world, applicable, professional experience by working on revenue impacting projects and being involved in our day-to-day operations, as well as by being exposed to o9's leadership. What you'll have... Works effectively in a matrix environment with teams of high-level professionals. Passionate about creative ideas and bringing customer-centric innovation for superior customer experience and higher impact. Have effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Drive and curiosity to learn about new topics. Ability to work comfortably in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures, and sometimes across time zones as needed. Experience in Excel, Power Point and building KPIs and dashboard desired Interested in learning more about cutting-edge topics in Supply Chain and Technology, like Digital Twins and AI/ML. Any industry experience in a planning function within supply chain planning and/or Sales and Operations planning (S&OP) is a plus. What you'll do... Support the industry solutions team to drive differentiated messaging and value propositions for implementing Supply Chain and Integrated Business Planning solutions. Work with o9 sales teams to support strategic goals definitions and route to market strategy and translate into integrated programs supporting industry growth. Support Industry Segmentation (Whales, Elephants, Others) analyses and execution of pursuit models for segments. Participate (and help organize) industry trade shows, webinars, round tables to spread o9 brand in target industry. Co-create and adapt thought leadership content to be used in marketing campaigns and to support on-going client discussions. Use our sales management platform to analyze the pipeline, TAM coverage, and other KPIs, generating insights for the team. Structure dashboards that provide intelligent analyses, enabling us to manage our customers globally. Support Sales & Marketing team meetings, suggesting improvements in structure and organization when necessary. Program overview Competitive pay for up to 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
