Job Title: Business Operations CoordinatorWe are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration or operations support, preferably with tools like Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar.In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining sales records, ensuring client records are up-to-date and accurate in systems, working with teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow, performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity, responding to inquiries professionally and escalating when necessary, tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insights.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy collaborating across teams, love keeping things efficient and compliant, and can work independently while doing so.Detailed-oriented team player with strong organizational skillsExperience in sales administration or operations supportFamiliarity with tools like Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similarBenefits include 100% remote work, professional development & growth opportunities, and core working hours from 9:00 AM - 14:00 AM EST (3 hours per day flexible).
