Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top tech talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirementsSource, screen, and engage candidates for technical rolesManage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiationBuild and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positionsEnsure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the processCollaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processesMaintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and internal reportsStay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAMQualifications:3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles.Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Familiarity with technical profilesSolid sourcing skills and experience with sourcing toolsStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience hiring in Latin America Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentUpper-Intermediate + level of EnglishReadiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zoneThis is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our recruitment strategy.If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for talent acquisition, we encourage you to apply.
