Technical Sourcing SpecialistWe're seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Professional with 3+ years of experience and excellent English communication skills.This role is key to identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent.Sourcing, identifying, and engaging technical candidates through various channels.Building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.Partnering with Recruiters and Resource Managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads.Conducting initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit and interest level.Developing targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic and data mining techniques.Tracking sourcing activity and candidate engagement using internal systems and tools.Staying up-to-date on market trends, technologies, and sourcing innovations.Requirements:Excellent English skills – both written and verbal.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.Proven experience using Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Strong understanding of Boolean search, technical keyword targeting, and sourcing best practices.
