Unlock your talent acquisition potential in our dynamic teamDevelop a deep understanding of each opening by partnering with Hiring Leaders.Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from candidate generation to direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension and closing candidates.Utilize intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional networking, candidate referrals, social media savvy internet research, and our ATS to identify passive candidates.Drive innovation by proactively researching and generating new/creative sourcing ideas for filling challenging positions using knowledge of current sourcing practices and trends.Establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.RequirementsPossess approximately 6+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles.Hold in-house recruiting experience, preferably within tech/SaaS environments.Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment: kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills.
