Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts.This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of the Talent Pipeline and candidate engagementConducting 1:1 interviews with qualified candidatesAssessing and improving the recruitment process for efficiency and effectivenessScreening candidates and evaluating their fit for openingsImplementing best practices to streamline workflows and enhance the recruitment experienceProactively identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidatesCollaborating with internal teams to meet client hiring goals and performance standardsIssuing offer letters and transitioning candidates to the onboarding teamRequirementsFluent English language skills and strong written/verbal communicationMinimum 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least three years in technical recruitmentProficiency in using social media platforms for networkingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools is a plusWhat We OfferA fun, entrepreneurial culture, collaborative learning opportunities, and competitive compensation packages make this role an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their careers.
