OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.The core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Ledn is a remote-friendly, fast-moving company that seeks to build, innovate and revolutionize financial services.The opportunity is to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is a proactive problem solver who can contribute to a growing cloud-first infrastructure and network.The role reports to the Director of IT and is customer-facing, serving as the first line of support for employees via channels such as Slack and Jira.ResponsibilitiesProvide end-user support and own the support experience for employees.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Improve identity and access management through IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Write clear solutions and help articles; automate routine tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints using agile methods.Set objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python; experience with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API and cross-system integration skills.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware and manage customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting; ability to methodically troubleshoot problems.Self-management skills to scope projects and collaborate across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management abilities.Nice to Have / CultureSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to streamline work.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Ability to thrive in a startup/tech environment and work effectively in a remote setting.Benefits and EnvironmentComprehensive rewards package and competitive PTO; ownership in the company through equity.Remote work flexibility up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Equal opportunity employer; commitment to inclusivity and diversity.Contact for accommodation requests throughout the recruitment process: confidential handling of requests.We are a global, remote-first team, with employees across North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.Due to high volume of applications, only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and we may review publicly available social media related to the role.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes or related fees.#J-*****-Ljbffr
