OverviewManager of IT at Ledn, a global financial services company built for digital assets, is a full-time role on the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team.The ideal candidate will wear multiple hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The role requires prior success in similar fast-growing, security-first environments and a passion for automation and infrastructure as code.The role reports to the Director of IT.What You Will DoProvide customer-facing, first-line IT support to employees via Slack, Jira, etc.Run on macOS environments and ensure enterprise readiness.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf).Own improvements to IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta) and document solutions; automate routine tasks when possible.Manage incidents and issues through resolution; balance help desk tickets with project work and Agile methodologies (Sprints/Jira).Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite).Ability to create automations using bash/zsh/python; experience with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows; API experience for system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent communication skills across all media and strong writing abilities for tickets, emails, and Slack.Understanding of security concepts, PGP, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching), and OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS.Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: thrives in startup/tech environment and embodies Ledn values (integrity, accountability, progress, empathy).Candidate ProfileAdaptable, resilient, builder mindset; able to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment.Collaborative, empathetic, and able to influence across functions and cultures.Remote-work experience; able to manage confidential information responsibly.Benefits and EnvironmentComprehensive total rewards package starting on day one; competitive PTO; company equity; remote work opportunity up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Inclusive, global, remote-first environment with teams across North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.Equal opportunity employer; accommodation requests available during recruitment process.Additional InformationWe may ask shortlisted candidates to submit a short video response and review publicly available social media relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters; unsolicited resumes will not be accepted.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetail#J-*****-Ljbffr
