OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Our team is diverse and values integrity, ownership, progress, and empathy.We are a remote-first organization with a global presence.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is committed to helping end users.You will design, implement and manage our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks, and collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR).The role reports to the Director of IT.What You Will DoProvide customer-facing IT support; own support channels via Slack, Jira, etc.; manage Mac endpoints and enterprise macOS deployments.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding experiences; design, test, build, and document programs, policies, tools, and improvements to knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM/Jamf).Contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.); write solutions, help articles, and automate busywork.Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints using Jira and agile methods.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Experience creating automations with Bash, Zsh, Python; using open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows; strong API integration skills; remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and calmly; strong ticketing and documentation skills.Proficient in troubleshooting and macOS enterprise environments; strong networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing); understanding OSI model layers and methodical troubleshooting; self-management and multi-team coordination.Strong organizational and task-management skills; ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete data.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience using GAM and CLI tools; Jamf and Okta certifications; Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: leadership in a startup/tech environment with values alignment.Benefits and What We ProvideComprehensive total rewards package and competitive PTO; ownership in the company through equity; remote work eligibility up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).A career with purpose; removal of barriers to help you love what you do; inclusive, diverse environment; equal opportunity employer.Working Environment and MiscellaneousLedn is globally distributed with a remote-first environment.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response; we may review publicly available social media relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at LEDN by 2x.We are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity and diversity.For accommodation requests throughout the recruitment process, please contact Ledn.Requests will be addressed confidentially.#J-*****-Ljbffr
