The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Coordenar responsabilidades do dia-a-dia relacionados a meios de pagamento
- Trabalhar em parceria com áreas internas para tomada de decisão, para executar integrações de pagamento/sistema, melhorias de recursos e processos.
- Impulsionar termos de pagamento e discussão contratual com provedores de pagamento e partes interessadas
- Identificar lacunas do processo e implementação de melhores práticas no time
- Avaliação de orçamentos, análise de KPIs e avaliação de desempenho da área
- Analisar ocorrências existentes e criação de estratégias que possam impulsionar mudanças nos negócios
- Garantir que os planos de ação e entregas sejam cumpridos dentro do cronograma acordado
- Gerar relatórios relevantes para discussão e análise operacional
- Coordenação de time de liderança
**Requirements**:
- Superior Completo
- Experiência em Gestão de pessoas
- Experiência com processamento de pagamentos em e-commerce;.
- Excelente comunicação e relacionamento para interagir com equipes multifuncionais e partes interessadas externas.
- Mentalidade de iniciativa com desejo de aprender e se adaptar em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
- Excelente capacidade de organização, liderança e capacidade analítica;
- Inglês em nível avançado/fluente
