**Team Lead Opportunity in Latin America Research
We are seeking an experienced team lead to join our geographic research team, focusing on Latin America. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering regional expertise and distinctive insights to McKinsey client service teams and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, using local market data for demographic, business, or economic analysis, and developing client service platforms in areas relevant to client needs in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and help co-define the team's strategic priorities
- Lead internal knowledge development and represent the team to stakeholders
- Coach and nurture junior colleagues to deliver distinctive client impact
- Ensure the team meets its operational demands for expertise and capabilities
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, business); advanced degrees are a plus
- 2+ years of experience leading others and building high-performing teams
- 2+ years of experience using Brazilian (or broader Latin America) local market data for demographic, business, or economic analysis
- Experience with business analytic tools is a plus
