As a regional HR lead in the CEEMEA region, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality HR services across multiple countries. This strategic role involves managing a team to ensure compliance with regional employment laws and advising senior executives on HR matters.

The Role

This key position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Talent Advisory, Recruitment, and Global HR Services, to establish requirements for HR programs in the region.

You will utilize global HR technology and processes to lead a high-performing team that achieves an integrated 'one HR' organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 7 direct reports to deliver exceptional HR service across the region.
  • Partner with Talent Advisory, Recruitment, and Global HR Services to identify requirements for the execution of HR and talent programs in the region.
  • Utilize global HR technology, processes, and a tiered HR support model to achieve an integrated 'one HR' organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all company employment practices and country/jurisdiction laws and regulations.
  • Support HR activities for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures, including due diligence and integration planning.
  • Monitor the execution of services provided in the region by Centers of Expertise, GHRS, and third parties.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading a large team in Human Resources with responsibility for multiple countries/jurisdictions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across the CEEMEA region.
  • An understanding of diverse cultures and practices needed to be successful across the CEEMEA region.
  • Disciplined execution, management through facts, and ability to succeed in ambiguous and agile environments.
  • Ability to influence senior business and functional stakeholders and find consensus to deliver positive outcomes.
