**What are we looking for?

**Main assignments**:
As the SAP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the successful implementation and roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA projects.
Your primary responsibility will be on maintaining project timelines, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
**Requirements**:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, outlining project tasks, resources, and timelines.
Oversee the successful execution of SAP S/4 HANA roll-out projects, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, to align project objectives and expectations.
Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of team members' skills and capabilities.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Perform regular assessments and reviews to ensure project goals are met with the desired level of excellence.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address project issues and roadblocks, implementing corrective actions promptly.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions and provide expert guidance to overcome challenges.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and change requests.
Provide timely and concise project updates to management and key stakeholders.
