Sap Technical Cutover Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP technical cutover efforts.This exciting role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end SAP technical activities with project stakeholders to ensure successful go-live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the cloud.Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle, including technical landscape readiness and completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities.Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence.Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
