Job DescriptionWelcome to Crunchequation, a managed service partner for international brand across digital entertainment, technology and iGaming.For us, design is more than aesthetics - it's a strategy, impact and differentiation.We're hiring a Designer with a creative, problem-solving mindset who can turn ideas into memorable visual solutions that move the brand and the business.Key Responsibilities:Create Multi-Channel Assets: Social post, newsletters, paid media creatives, website visuals, e-books and brand materials.Turn Strategy Into Visuals: Translate briefs and concepts into clear, original and impactful designs aligned to objectives.Adapt for formats & Platforms: Version assets for multiple sizes/channels while maintaining consistency and performance.Collaborate Cross-Functionality: Partner with Marketing, Social, Content, Video and UXUI to ensure integrated delivery and quality.Build brand identities: Contribute to visual systems for new brands - logo, color palette, typography, iconography and key visuals.Motion (nice-to-have): Produce light motion graphics, micro-animations or visual assets for reels and video when needed.Contribute ideas: Join brainstorms, track trends and propose relevant, effective visual solutions.RequisitosProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma and After Effects (as a plus)Strong grasp of composition, visual hierarchy, color and typography.Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.Growth mindset: eager to lear, iterate and collaborate in a fast-moving team.Interest in branding, digital marketing, visual culture, social media and digital entertainment.Creative, self-driven and excited to push for differentiated workPortfolio required (showcasing brand systems and multi-channel campaign work)Experience in entertainment /tech or iGaming (plus).English proficiency for team collaboration.VantagensA collaborative and innovative work environment.The opportunity to work with diverse brands across industries.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.If you're a designer who blends creativity with clarity and craft, we'd love to see your work.Join CrunchEquation and help us design the difference.Requirements?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).?2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on iGaming, sports betting, or online casinos.?Deep understanding of iGaming regulations, responsible gaming policies, and platform-specific advertising restrictions.?Proven track record of growing gaming-related social media accounts and driving player engagement.?Expertise in iGaming social media trends, audience behavior, and content formats.?Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).?Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok for iGaming).?Ability to react quickly to live gaming events and create real-time content.?Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.?Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
