ResponsibilitiesTranslategame design intentinto clear, visually compelling environmentsBuild and dressstylized 3D environmentsfor mobile gamesOwnenvironment layout, composition, and landmark placementSet up and maintainlighting, mood, and atmosphere(mobile-friendly)Create and managemultiple visual statesof environmentsDevelopmodular kitsand reusable environment assetsOptimize scenes and assets formobile performanceMaintainvisual consistency and quality baracross environmentsCollaborate closely withGame Designers and Unity Developers?? Requirements4+ years of experience as a3D Environment Artistfor gamesStrong portfolio showcasingstylized environmentsProven experience withmobile game constraints(performance, readability)Solid understanding of:Environment composition & scaleLighting for mobile (URP or equivalent)Modular asset workflowsProficiency with tools such asBlender / Maya / ZBrush / SubstanceComfortable workingindependently in a remote setupExperience working withUnity(environment setup)? Nice to HaveExperience withIdle / Casual / Tycoon gamesOwnership of lighting or look-development in past projectsExperience reviewing or guiding other artistsFamiliarity withmobile post-processing pipelines??
