We're seeking a Senior Environment Artist to take a leading role in shaping the design of our upcoming mobile titles and contribute to our growing studio. ResponsibilitiesTranslate game design intent into clear, visually compelling environmentsBuild and dress stylized 3D environments for mobile gamesOwn environment layout, composition, and landmark placementSet up and maintain lighting, mood, and atmosphere (mobile-friendly)Create and manage multiple visual states of environmentsDevelop modular kits and reusable environment assetsOptimize scenes and assets for mobile performanceMaintain visual consistency and quality bar across environmentsCollaborate closely with Game Designers and Unity Developers Requirements4+ years of experience as a 3D Environment Artist for gamesStrong portfolio showcasing stylized environmentsProven experience with mobile game constraints (performance, readability)Solid understanding of:Environment composition & scaleLighting for mobile (URP or equivalent)Modular asset workflowsProficiency with tools such as Blender / Maya / ZBrush / SubstanceComfortable working independently in a remote setupExperience working with Unity (environment setup) Nice to HaveExperience with Idle / Casual / Tycoon gamesOwnership of lighting or look-development in past projectsExperience reviewing or guiding other artistsFamiliarity with mobile post-processing pipelines Role Details Remote Full-time or long-term contract Competitive compensation (based on experience & region) High-impact role shaping the visual identity of a new game
