About the RoleWe are seeking a high-performance Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound lead generation through cold email and LinkedIn outreach.Develop targeted prospect lists using data-driven tools and research methodologies.Research and segment leads by industry, role, and buying intent to maximize engagement potential.Execute effective cold email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate qualified leads.Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and sequences to optimize reply rates.Write compelling outbound copy that resonates with prospects and builds rapport.Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for key stakeholders.Collaborate on outreach strategy and continuously improve campaign performance metrics.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a lead generation agency or similar environment.Proven expertise in cold email and LinkedIn outreach techniques.Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or comparable systems.Able to build and manage prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, or Lemlist.Strong analytical skills with ability to improve campaign metrics such as open and reply rates.Exceptional English writing and communication skills (C1 level or above).Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in lead generation agency work.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to leverage your skills in outbound lead generation and develop a career in sales and marketing.If you are a driven professional looking to excel in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
